Warranty period
The warranty period for GENSROCK power products is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. In order to determine the start date of the warranty period, a sales receipt or other reasonable proof of the consumer's first purchase is required.


Exclusions
GENSROCK's warranty does not apply to:
1. Misuse/abuse/accidental damage/damaged due to natural disasters (such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.).
2. Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
3. Non-quality related issues
4. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
5. Lost/Stolen/Free/Refunded Products
6. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to heat, cold, liquid or other external causes
7. Unable to provide valid proof of purchase
8. GENSROCK's warranty does not apply to the battery unless you fully charge the battery within 5 days of purchasing the product, then at least every 3-6
Charge once a month.
